Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of alternative psychotherapy that purports to manipulate the body’s energy field by tapping on acupuncture points while a specific traumatic memory is focused on, in order to alleviate a psychological problem.

It can also be used to release unwanted emotions, heal the body on a physical level, heal addictions and phobias and attract financial abundance.

      Thanks for your comments. I think the best place to learn the points would be at YouTube.
      Here is a link, but you can also search for EFT and you will find a lot of stuff there.

      Once you learn the tapping points, you can actually imagine the tapping and it works very well. This way you can do it when others are near you but they will not know you are releasing.
